WDNZ is a newly formed group of Duathletes from Wellington with the common goal of growing the sport of Duathlon in New Zealand. It is our vision to encourage New Zealanders to compete in Duathlons at all levels, from grass roots right up to elites.

At present, the group comprises of a diverse range of 9 male and female athletes, ranging in age from 18yrs to 65+ yrs, competing at all levels
WDNZ is aiming to have all it's members qualify for the World Duathlon Championships 2008 in Rimini, Italy.
